Graduated in 1962 from the Faculty of Law,
University of Belgrade
M.A. degree earned in 1966 at the Faculty of
Law,
Ph.D. in 1973 at the Faculty of Political Science
in Belgrade.
Profesional experience:
Works at the Institute of Social Sciences since 1973. Director
of the Institute in the period 1982-1989.
Senior research felow degree earned in 1984.
Elected as a professor at the Ljubljana University (1991).
Thought as a professor by invitation at a University Montesquieu,
Bordeau from April to May 1997 and from April to May 2001.
Professor by invitation at University of Podgorica ( from 1997).
